This full condo renovation transformed an outdated unit into a bright, modern open-concept space. The scope covered complete demolition, new framing, drywall, LVP flooring, pot light installation, fresh cabinetry, and a full interior paint package.

Working within strata restrictions and tight timelines, our crew coordinated all trades efficiently to minimize disruption to neighbouring units. The project was completed on schedule with all permits in order.
