This basement renovation transformed a dated space into a fresh, modern living area through new framing, drywall, painting, lighting, plumbing upgrades, and bathroom improvements. By replacing aging finishes, fixtures, and cabinetry, the project delivered a clean, functional basement that feels entirely renewed.

Working closely with the homeowner, we designed a layout that maximized usable square footage while meeting all BC building code requirements. The project was delivered on time and on budget, with the client moving in weeks ahead of their original target.
